Meditating in bed last night, it became clear to me that this space between the eclipses, a time of extreme intensity, is the perfect point to offer a free event. As soon as my mind accepted this as reality, the subject matter landed.
My experience was of my heart becoming a beaker, a rough, rustic beaker filling with light until overflowing. I heard the words “Become the cup that runs over.” Immediately, I lay down and fell asleep.
This morning, coming to meditation, that experience is still present, the words slightly different. “You are the cup that runs over.”
Polarisation is how the extremes are playing out. Politics across the world is becoming more divisive as each day passes. One of the main ways in which the polarisation is manifesting is wealth and poverty. The gap between the “haves and have nots” is widening dramatically. Many are feeling impoverished. We are not meant to live this way.
This is an unlimited Universe. It is in a state of continual expansion. More stars and galaxies are being formed all of the time. On this planet our unlimited nature has been manipulated in such a way that we have wrapped and trapped ourselves in a belief system of lack. This is being amplified now. Finances are being squeezed around the whole world. One of the potent and exciting things about the amplification is that it forces us to look at what it is, and how it is that we are creating this scenario.
It is time for us to shift. It is time for us to remember and live from the truth that we are each a cup that runs over. Plenty is our natural state. It’s
time for the collective bindings of lack, poverty, disease and limitation to be dissolved. It is time for us to remember our freedom, our innate capacity to create.
This will be a very simple event. A powerful guided meditation. One of building a strong containing and healing field. We will work deeply with the heart as chalice, into which we bring all of our patterns and beliefs in limitation and lack, so that they can dissolve. We will then experience this chalice of the heart being filled to overflowing. Returning to its natural state. We will do this for ourselves and the planetary collective. We are simple claiming our birth right. Standing in truth and allowing distortion to fall away. No struggle, no fight. Stepping out of the heavy cloak of history into the light of the present.
The simplicity of this process belies its power. If you are laden with beliefs in lack, then it may take time and repetition to dissolve those. If your heart is deeply wounded and carrying a heavy load of grief, you might find those old patterns move quickly to the surface. The field we co-create in these gathering is powerful and works to support us through what needs to adjust within us to bring greater clarity, harmony, balance and wellness. It always start from exactly where we are and moves us forward from that point. It can’t be any other way .
I sense in the simplicity of this approach, not something I thought up myself, that this is revolutionary action. Not going out marching, demonstrating, falling into the trap of increasing polarisation. Just deciding to withdraw attention and energy from the patterns of limitation we have been wrapped in for thousands of years, and living from the underlying truth of our being instead. Truly revolutionary indeed.
We can collapse big planetary constructs. We need to work together to do that. As we are full-filled from within, filled to overflowing, we become strong attractors of exactly what is needed in our life. Radiance and vitality increase. What needs attention and healing, amending in our system/life becomes crystal clear, and easy to shift. This isn’t fantasy. It is time to move out of fantasy of lack and limitation, and step into the reality of who and what we are. Unlimited beingness overflowing with all that we require and so much more.
