This eclipse season, butted up against an amplifying Equinox, provides strong impetus to the revolutionary energy and astrology of this time, which is going to help change our world. While revolution will play out across the globe in the usual ways, the deeper revolution to overturn the status quo is within. As we engage in the profound inner work necessary to overthrow the ruling paradigms that pull the strings and levers of power, we return to sovereignty. In this way we access greater states of freedom and multidimensionality, and shift the balance of energy on the planet at the same time.
The other day, walking from one room to another in my home, I was pulled into a sharp awareness of guilt that I was carrying. This was guilt as a pervading structure that permeated my cell tissue and wrapped itself around my organs. Immediately I went in to enquiry mode, and sat down to investigate.
Whilst I don’t think of myself as particularly guilt ridden, as I explored, I could see how, collectively and personally, guilt has been used a a controlling force for thousands of years. Families, groups, nations, religions all employ guilt as a way of manipulating individuals and populations. Getting what they want.
As I moved through layers of guilty programming, I understood that this is one of those massive constructs that is now so embedded within and around us that we don’t even realise the depth of our immersion in its sticky embrace. Advertisers use it to sell more product. We’re not slim enough, beautiful enough, clean enough, rich enough, conscious enough, generous enough. We don’t care enough, we’re not doing enough. It’s endless.
Religions tell us we are born guilty and shameful. This has been pushed into our collective psyche for thousands of years, so we don’t even question the premise. It comes in at a genetic level, cascading down the genes at conception. Of course, nowadays, consciously, we know this isn’t so. Unconsciously, we are controlled by these levels of programming without knowing it.
As we recognise that we are consciousness itself, with no need for mediators between us and divinity because it is coming alive in our cells, all of the fundamental control patterns are emerging for clearance. Lack and poverty is one of the big ones. Guilt and shame is another. These are inextricably linked. Worthiness massively impacts our capacity to receive.
So, as part of the eclipse/equinox preparation, we are going to take deep dive into the layers of guilt that we are wrapped in, and then invite dismantling. Guilt is a big, planetary construct. The earth is shrouded in clouds of guilt, so this is planetary work too. We will then shift into a priming of a deeper capacity to receive. This will clearing of guilt and expansion of receiving will impact our experience of the eclipse and equinox energies. It will be greasy preparation for what is to come.
The work we are now engaging in is the revolution. It has to be an internally focused movement before external change can happen. As we dismantle the constructs of guilt within, we see with more clarity, receive with much more depth and fullness, and live with simple effortless joy as a baseline.
I will talk more about the amplification of our receiving later. This will involve the cerebro-spinal fluid, chambers in the brain, and the cosmic impulsing that is so strong at the moment.
